Grandma's Broccoli Salad

INGREDIENTS
½ cup nonfat milk
½ cup fat-free plain yogurt
½ cup frozen banana, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp powdered protein supplement
1½ tbsp flax seed
1 tsp honey
½ cup frozen strawberries
(other frozen fruit may be substituted)

DIRECTIONS
In a blender, blend the milk, yogurt, banana,
protein supplement, flax seed, honey, and
strawberries until smooth. Enjoy!

around the country against each other for $20,000 in cash and prizes.

compete for the braggin' rights to the best Q in Birmingham.

INGREDIENTS
1 bunch broccoli, cut finely
½ cup sunflower seeds (salted)
1 small red onion minced fine
8 slices of bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

DRESSING
1 cup mayonnaise ( can use light )
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Mix all ingredients with salad dressing.
Top with sunflower seeds.
